70% Dark chocolate made with two different Brazilian cacao beans. One side is made with cacao from the Amazon and is chocolatey, cocoa, and brownie. The other half is cacao from Bahia and is bright, citrus, and creamy. The name Two Rivers: Rio Negro + Rio Solimões comes from my boat ride on the Amazon River -there is an intersection where these two rivers meet and maintain separate for miles until they merge to become the Amazon River, the strongest river in the world.

Mission Chocolate is a Bean-to-bar producer sourcing all ingredients almost exclusively with locally grown and processed ingredients, including Brazilian-grown cacao beans and Brazilian-grown nuts and fruits.
Besides running Mission Chocolate, Arcelia is also president of the Associação Bean to Bar Brasil and is elevating the craft chocolate movement in Brazil through her small chocolate factory located in Sao Paulo, Brazil, one delicious bar at a time.
