The perfect blend of heat and flavor, Scarlet Fire is a small-batch hot sauce made with Fresno, habanero, & Thai chili peppers. This medium-heat sauce is a great addition to Brazilian black beans, eggs, mac & cheese, wings, bloody Marys, and “carne moida.” It is also gluten free, vegan, and made without added sugar. The label features original artwork by Jim Pollock.
Scarlet Fire is made by my dear friend Marla, and I am exceptionally proud of the headway her entrepreneurial endeavor made this year. She won a 2023 Good Food Award, pantry category, received several new local grocery placements, and was included in the locally renowned Tablehopper Taste of San Francisco Holiday Gift Box.
