Working in both cotton and clay, Anne Gates makes unique and lasting home wares. Nestled at the edge of the Pacific Ocean, Anne Gates is a one woman operation, she’s designer/maker that takes on textile based work and sewing, as well as hand-built and wheel thrown ceramics with equal passion. Throughout these different mediums, her distinctive style comes through. Sustainability is at the forefront of the brand, all ceramics are created in a green studio that recycles clay and glazes, and is very conscious of water usage. All soft goods are made with sustainability in mind, and the knit throws, sweater coats are made of 100% recycled cotton.
